- Products purchased from Suonare Piano & Voice Studio can be returned within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. The deadline is applicable to products in their original and unused condition.

- Products must be in their original condition, unused or undamaged.
- All materials and products must be included in the return in their original condition.
- Services contracted with Suonare Piano & Voice Studio may be subject to specific cancellation policies described in the terms of the applicable service contract.

- If the return is due to Suonare Piano & Voice Studio’s error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
